Bible Text: Genesis 18:25, Romans 1:16-18, 2:5-6, 11, 3:21-26, John 3:36 | Speaker: Andrew Dalton | Series: Gospel Campaign – Spon End 2019 | Concluding this series of Gospel Meetings, the speaker preaches solemnly concerning the ‘Wrath of God’. He starts by highlighting the righteousness of God by considering the question of Abraham as recorded in Genesis 18:25; ‘Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?’. He notes how God is right in punishing sin because He is Holy. However, he also notes how God is right in forgiving a sinner because He has devised righteous means whereby He can forgive yet remain righteous based on the work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Considering the subject, the speaker preaches on ‘announced wrath’, ‘accumulating wrath’, ‘appeased wrath’, ‘abiding wrath’, ‘assigned wrath’ and ‘no wrath’.
