Taking this week’s Bible Class, Jack Hay (Perth) guides us through a portion of John’s first epistle. He begins by noting that while John wrote his Gospel for sinners, his epistles are written for saints. Jack highlights that John primarily focuses on the ‘family of God,’ which is why the second chapter opens with the affectionate term, “my little children.” In this verse-by-verse exposition, Jack explores profound truths, including the believer’s advocate with the Father, the propitiatory work of Christ, and the clear evidences of the New Birth.
