Reflecting on its appearance, the speaker meditates on Isaiah 53:2 as concerning the Lord Jesus Christ, it would say ‘ there is no beauty that we should desire him’. The speaker contrasts the appreciation of the world and of God the Father for the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. Then, considering the characteristics of the Badger, the speaker reflects on the Lord Jesus Christ who knew what it was to be ‘alone’.
