Luke 18:26 – ‘Who then can be saved?’
Bible Text: Luke 18:18-27, Luke 19:1-10 | Speaker: Matthew Dalton | Series: Gospel Campaign – Spon End 2019 | In the fifth evening of Gospel Meetings, the speaker reflects upon another question found in the Word of God; ‘Who then can be saved?’. The speaker considers two men found in Scripture who despite being in very similar circumstances in that they were both ‘very rich’, they were at polar opposites as far as there position to the person of the Lord Jesus Christ was concerned. The speaker notes how for the first man, he was marked by ‘Rules’ and ‘Riches’, whilst the second was marked by ‘Reception’ and ‘Redemption’.
In answering the question of the disciples, the speaker notes how ‘the things which are impossible with men are possible with God’.
